This report describes all aspects of the operational maintenance and the financial details of the parking terminals. The data is collected from the parking machine back-office, the servers that process the electronic payments and our ERP and service management system. It contains the following components:
Poorly performing batteries often have a direct influence on the performance of the parking meter, resulting in interrupted transactions. Our status analysis of the battery capacity shows the battery charging status of all your parking meters in one overview. Deviations that could lead to problems can be directly identified.
TMC has well-trained and fully equipped service engineers and a service response team who are happy to take care of the complete management for you. With our technical monthly report you remain fully informed.
