80 parking meters get a second chance in Milan

Through a collaboration between TMC and Parkeon Italy, sustainability crosses the border. 80 parking meters that have proven their worth on streets in the Netherlands, will get a second chance in Milan.

TMC is one of the few suppliers of Parkeon equipment that has a number of parking meters in stock that have already proved their worth on the street. Because of the high quality, machine that have reached their economic lifespan, are not necessarily technically depreciated.

In cooperation with Parkeon Italy, TMC will give a total of 80 of these machines a second chance in the city of Milan. It concerns both Strada and Stelio machines, all equipped with standard coin payment option. It is the first major international parking meter project for TMC. By reusing these meters on the street TMC and Parkeon are doing their part to contribute to a more sustainable society.
