Over the years, this commitment has become increasingly embedded in our business processes and is reflected in sustainable and circular solutions, attention to people’s well-being, and conscious choices to minimize our environmental impact.

Attention to people’s well-being at TMC is not an empty promise. We believe in fair opportunities and apply this principle both within our own organization and across the other companies that are part of Waysis, the holding company to which TMC belongs. For example, we offer internships and are a recognized training company. In doing so, we give people the chance to gain practical experience and actively invest in developing talent for the future.
