The merger between Parkeon and Cale is taking shape more and more. The new name of the Parkeon-Cale combination has been announced at the Intertraffic in the RAI in Amsterdam. The group will continue its business under the name 'Flowbird'.

Periodic cleaning of the card reader leads to far fewer faults. The new ParkClean cleaning set for chip card readers contains five cleaning cards, good for 1 year of cleaning. Put the resealable bag in the parking meter and you have your cleaning products always at hand!

TMC will again be present at the Intertraffic 2018 at the RAI in Amsterdam from 20 to 23 March. You can find us together with Parkeon at the well-known stand location 02.202. Come along and we will gladly talk to you about the latest developments around the Parkeon parking machines.

Customer satisfaction is important to us and that is why we continuously research it. Thanks to the participants in the Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) 2017 and your targeted feedback on our work. We will immediately start with the points of attention, to serve you even better!

On Thursday 18 January a man on his mobility scooter defied the storm that raged over the Netherlands, but was hit by the strong wind. He rode on the bike path at the Kanaaldijk-Zuid in Eindhoven when the wind caught him. TMC Service Engineers Michiel and Daan saw the man and got him out of the water.

This year, TMC again organizes a number of courses on maintenance on our parking meters. We provide the basic course, an advanced training and a training for self-replacing a defective M1000 card reader. The courses are scheduled for February and March 2018. The schedule below shows the exact dates.
