TMC is part of Waysis, an internationally oriented holding company. Waysis focuses on key issues within the mobility chain and passenger transport. Brickyard and XPark also fall under Waysis.
Brickyard was spun off from TMC in 2017. Through camera enforcement, scan cars, the Bluebrick enforcement app, camera parking, and its overarching software platform, Brickyard helps to store, exchange, and enrich information, thereby contributing to the improvement of mobility and livability in urban areas.

XPOTS is a Dutch provider of smart parking technology that helps businesses, property managers, and other organizations manage and utilize their parking facilities more efficiently. While software is at the core of XPOTS, reliable hardware is essential to ensure welcoming and secure access to the parking area.
Payflux is a TMC brand and part of the Waysis Group. The payment service provider, which supports businesses and government authorities in securely processing payment transactions, is under the supervision of De Nederlandsche Bank (the Dutch Central Bank). Payflux handles services such as card and online payments, direct debits, and clear reporting, providing organizations with greater insight into their cash flows.
